HR and Governance Lead
Our central HR team support the vision of becoming an employer of choice. The team provides support and guidance to leadership teams across our schools on recruitment of new staff, compliance, policies and procedures as well as absence management and personal development.
The education our children and young people receive, goes well beyond academics, we help them grow as people, think as individuals and recognise their own talents. We enable our staff to be weavers of this magic.
Our CFO has responsibility for overseeing the budgets of our whole Academy and ensuring that resources are allocated to advance the opportunities of our young people.
Our Operations Manager provides support and guidance to all our schools on Health and Safety, Estate and Premises, Catering, contract management, statutory compliance, and IT; and has oversight of the implementation and monitoring of Academy wide facilities strategies.
Our Finance Officer provides support services to ensure the efficient operation of the Academy Trust, liaising with the Central Team and school staff to enable the smooth running of financial administration.
Family Support Worker
Our Family Support Worker provides support for parents, carers and children within all of our schools.
School Improvement Director
Our School Improvement Director works closely with the leadership teams across all our schools providing practical guidance and support to improve the standards of education for all our young people.
Our Head Cook leads a team of catering staff who provide meals for all our schools
