Governance

Endeavour Schools Trust governance is constituted by representatives from its member schools at  Director level, with each school operating its own Local Governing Body.

The Trust is led by Clare Banks who previously was the Chair of The Vaynor Governing Body.  Clare has a very active role within the trust, meeting with the CEO monthly and leading half termly directors meetings. 

 Each school has its own Chair of Governors who are responsible for reporting to Directors, ensuring that information is passed both up and down between the boards. The Chairs meet regularly with individual school Headteachers to keep abreast of the schools on every level. They lead Local Governing Body meetings at least half termly, alongside this individual governors all have link roles and visit school to verify systems, processes and standards.
